Shipping & Delivery

At Harshingar Jewellery, we aim to ensure your jewellery is carefully packaged and delivered to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Processing & Dispatch Times

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 24–48 hours of purchase.

Please note that processing and dispatch times are separate from delivery times. Orders are dispatched using Royal Mail, with delivery times depending on the shipping service selected at checkout.

During busy periods or unforeseen circumstances, dispatch may occasionally take longer.

Shipping Options & Prices

We offer the following UK delivery options:

Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days — £4.99
Express Delivery: 1–2 business days — £6.99
Free Standard Delivery: On all orders over £100.

Delivery estimates begin once your order has been dispatched and do not include our processing time.

Courier & Delivery Delays

All orders are sent via Royal Mail. While we aim to dispatch orders promptly, delivery times are estimates and are subject to the courier's service.

We cannot guarantee delivery dates or control delays caused by Royal Mail. If your parcel is delayed, please contact us with your order number and we will do our best to assist.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
